It's a manip (he was standing in front of two buses in the original). If Boris *really* was in a picture with the TARDIS, I think I might spontaneously combust :P

I read an article that talked about how Boris was actually helpful for the Tories in the election because he made DCam seem like a normal human being, and I was like LOL YES.
