Derby 10k was on Sunday. I did it in 41:19, a new PB (taking 9 minutes off my previous, but that was years ago on a hilly Edinburgh course), coming 241st out of 3344. I'm reasonably satisfied with that. My muscles are pretty painful today, and it was pretty miserable running it, so I don't think I could have done it much faster in the circumstances ( Read more... )
