WTF happened to Yamada Takayuki? And it's not just the facial hair. The last drama I saw him in was BOSS, and even with that messy long hair, he managed to look attractive IMO. But this.. IDK, it doesn't even look like him.

Hmm.. I suggest you watch Mawang first. I just think that with Maou's faster-paced plot, you won't be able to enjoy as much Mawang's more fleshed out story.

Big Bang comeback. Yeah. But what to do? Le sigh.

Unfortunately my GRE books recommend at least two months time for preparation. So... yeah....

I HAVE NO IDEA. It might be just a bad press picture, which I'm desperately hoping for. I didn't really mind the long scraggly hair - it fit for Crows Zero II, so I was down with it. But I honestly don't know what happening to him... or Shun for that matter. They turn 27 and suddenly become fugs?

Thanks for the rec! Though knowing me, I'll probably go for Maou first. I'm horribly impatient, so a short jdrama is ideal for me.

It'll happen, I'm betting on very soon. It's just waiting until them that's horrible :D

haha I was freaking out over applying to schools and once I got in I didn't want to go anymore but I completely understand the anxiety. It's not worth it to freak out, it really isn't - think about it this way, these schools NEED you, they need people to help fund their programs and help their faculty in their research. That was one of the things I didn't like, I didn't want to be used as a free research tool, without receiving any credit lol. On the other hand HAWAII, one of my best friends moved to Hawaii and I really want to just leave everything and move out there. :/

Maou = good, you should watch it but thank goodness it was short.

Parakiss is pretty much giving me a heart attack, why can't I live in Japan and understand Japanese. Actually I could watch it sans subtitles at this point.

Very very true. It's still highly nerve-wracking, considering I'm under such a time crunch. I wish I could find a cool European school that didn't require GREs, because that would rock. I don't really mind doing research stuff, but I can see how a lot of people would dislike it.

Hehehehe, yeah... short things are nice. Very, very nice.

I am TOTALLY going to be watching PK without subs. I don't even care about not understanding, because it's too awesome to not watch. I wonder when it comes out... Probably Spring next year.

Omg, same! I'm graduating next semester but I already need to submit all my applications to grad schools before January 4th. This is so fast! I'm still studying for GREs, still trying to figure out exactly what programs I'm gonna apply for, still trying to finish up all my creadits - this is insane fast and I'm so not ready
