so i just finished reading of mice and men which is probably one of the saddest book i have ever read. books like that don't come round very often. oh and wicked was really good too. im starting yacoubian building hopefully thats as good also. man but what i really need to do is find a job....something outdoorsy and labor intensive so i could start

i love that book. there's a reason why it's a classic. if you love depressing, i know where to look. check out Wild Swans, by Jung Chang. It's about 3 generations of women in China who go through the communist and cultural revolution. that's depressing. but i loved it!

oh yeah i read that also! yeah that was depressing but a long drawn out depressing which made it easier to bear. mice and men was very short and instense. what are you reading right now? i gave up on yacoubian building because im not a fan of short stories...
