Sorry it makes you feel bad, honestly it makes me feel bad too, I suppose thats why I originally chose it. I guess I feel so horrible about myself at times that I hope to shame myself into doing something about it. Thanks for the complement. You really touched me with your reply. I don't want to make others sad. I'm sorry. You seem like a very kind person.

Well Calorie intake around 800, I seriously need to cut back more, I've been so horrible lately. I just need to start new you know? I need to get back on schedule with everything. I just need some advice. Like what do you do?

I would say if you are comfortable at 800 cut back 100 cals, if you aren't used to it yet stay at 800 till you are. Feeling comfortable to me means you aren't having feelings of hunger, or at least not major ones. I find that if you just cut too quickly its too much at once and you're likely to binge, or at least eat more than you intended. I try to make myself feel good by creating small goals and meeting them, when I do this I am far more likely to lose weight. Once you get really used to lower cals then its easier to mess around with the numbers to get your metab up or whatever... if fasting works for you, go for it, but I find it doesn't help me. Don't get me wrong I have my horrible feeling days too. As far as excising I find that using a machine that measures cals burned is the greatest motivation for me. Running burns the quickest so thats usually what I do. But I would say do the one that your most likely to go the longest on. add me, I'm gonna add you.

I hate to comment anonymously, but I don't have an lj- you look good. I'm 5'7"/120, and you honestly look skinnier than I do (which I only mention because your last stats said you weighed more at the same height.) I don't really want to encourage you ed-wise, but I'm jealous.

I think I lose my legs and ass last, and I think there is allot of fat hidden or obvious (guess it depends on the angle lol. So I think I probably just hold the extra pounds well, although my thighs are obviously fatty to me anyway. And don't worry about the encouragement causing more problems.. its way way past that... I've had ED issues since I was 16. also you probably see yourself as bigger than you are anyway..that is the issue at hand after all.. take care and thanks. think thin
