So, I LOVE tacky things. LOVE. The brighter and more garish, the better, IMO. <3 PoorlyDressed.com is a place where I usually find at least one or two things I would love to wear. And not in a "This looks great!" manner, but in a "HOLY HELL LOOK AT THE UGLY THING I'M WEARING! ITS SO UGLY ITS AWESOME! GAZE UPON THE COLOR ASSAULT

Today I got the idea to make a costume based on one of the bloodier creations of the current My Little Pony fandom.

So "upcycled" = random crap sewn together and "steampunk" = any random thing at all.

gothic, my ass. That's a peasant skirt attached to a bodice that is wearing a crocheted potholder. Urk!!!

I actually like the rainbow dress and the 'gothic' dress. But that's not gothic at all... and LOL at calling something steam punk that's not.
