Given this, I'd say we can expect a slight shift from military inspirations towards the "I'm wearing my boyfriend's shirt" look that was popular a decade or so ago. Looks like we'll see some athletic inspirations, too - I'd guess letter jackets and preppy things like that; sort of a conservative/updated 50s era of clothing (which also goes with the popularity of Mad Men and the conservative influence a recession has on clothing styles).
Couture can also serve as an interesting statement/barometer about the general world attitude; there are some neat books that show how fashion reflects cultural climate.
He has wearable stuff, yes, but the shit like those feathery things on the Runway doesn't reflect his collections outside of that. I'd buy some of this things too, given if I had $$$.
