So C* and I are going to get handfasted. I am really excited about this. Even as I am kinda overwhelmed by the planning process. It is really kinda daunting because I want something really personal but I also want something tradtional. We all know I can't be easy about things...then I wouldn't be me ( Read more... )

Thank you for the advice...I will look into the planning book.

We already know we are going to do it on a budget with things like silk flowers so we can buy them as we go.

And I agree...starting life in debt is a bad plan and totally unneeded.

Because while I do want the traditional wedding and we will get to that soon enough. I realized that I wanted the handfasting as well. It is something that is true to me and I feel it will be good for us to do.
