Why I like to stay up late

So, a couple of weeks ago we were going through Todd's stuff and we found a pair of really nice binoculars. Now, I'm not a peeping Tom or a spy, nor do I share Puritan-esque beliefs that I should be fully aware of my neighbors activities HOWEVER, since I live in the city, I get to see drunk drivers attempt what would otherwise be simple tasks, like
