On Thursday I had a short back-piece sitting but we got a lot done. I cheated and took two Tylenol before and it was not as bad as it could have been, that's for sure. We were doing rib work on my left side, and my left side is more sensitive and my ribs are horribly sensitive. Grr. Stupid nerves

The weird thing about my stomach issues was that there was no cramping or nausea. Just burps, farts and the 'rhea. Ewww.

The variation on this is to stretch your head back as much as possible and 'flex' your throat/tongue muscles basically where your thyroid/larynx is (around the area of where a man's Adam's Apple is).
If you plug Yoga Cobra Pose into your search engine a ton of instructions and images will come up.
I trust the Yoga Journal site the most though (I also subscribe to Yoga Journal for the past 7 years and they are extremely reputable and reliable).
