I'm laptop-shopping for next year and could use some advice...I'm definitely looking for a PC, but beyond that I'm rather lost. What laptop do you have or wish you had? Are there any special deals that other 2010 kids have spotted? Printer input would be helpful, too

any laptop you get will probably be fine. people here tend to enjoy macs. and about cell phone reception, you're in the middle of a huge city. i don't know anyone who had trouble getting reception (i have sprint). about the only place your cell phone won't work is in the reg, which is probably for the best.

i have cingular and the service is pretty good. the network is reliable and i'd recommend it....

and i am getting an imac. haha
