Oh this just so beyond perfect. You've managed to capture every detail so well. From Sharon's utter devotion to her family to Rusty being more worried about her than he will probably ever show Sharon. And then Brenda just loving and caring for the pair of them.

I felt so sad for Sharon that she couldn't be with her parents and children on Christmas, but you managed to give the story a happy ending that put a smile on my face. Thank you for sharing this beautiful fic.

I really like this! I love the frown-y gingerbread cookie and I think you captured Rusty's perspective quite nicely. I also like your version of the Raydor clan -- the passage that begins "She could clearly see her mother saran-wrapping the pre-cooked delicacies..." is just great :^)

This was really cute. Thoughtful Brenda is very sweet. As silly as it sounds, I also liked the toothbrush to go with the candy; that is such a clever idea! I'll have to remember that :) I was thrilled to see an appearance by Keith- I am oddly fond of 'him'.
