Oh, Amber... you have no idea.

I am loving this story and the way they inwardly snark at and appreciate each other, and Sharon gave Brenda a wonderful, in character wake-up call. LOL

Also, this line: She enjoyed it with the sense of pleased, surprised accomplishment that always accompanied the performance of an activity for which someone had a real aptitude. For Sharon, things that started with ‘s’ seemed to come easily: shopping, skiing, shooting... Sex, as far as she remembered, but it had been a while.

So my favourite parts about this was definitely the way Morales answered the phone when he thought Sharon was calling. I actually giggled!

Of course, the end to this chapter was delightful! I'm also very glad Brenda is not pining after her ex, that would've been horrible.

Oh I can't wait to see what happens next for these two :)

All the shopping together is so sweet and I love the characterization, Sharon loving shopping and not loving needy friends lol. And of course Brenda being exactly that friend.

I could definitely see the obvious coming but not Sharon's reaction, I'm excited to see how her feelings all pan out.
