Today was fun times :) Victoria (rhiannonsbirds) came to visit me and we met up in Northampton for a day of frolicking like awesome queers. After we were assured that we were not 45-year-old male serial killers (packing knives and penises), we commenced our day by yarn shopping. Fondling yarn? Oh yea. Good times.

Victoria, I'm sure you're a lovely person and all, but I'm so jealous that you got to spend the day with Danielle! I am glad to hear she's not a 45-year-old male serial killer, though. Damn those stupid oceans! I'd drive to visit you if I could, D! But I just can't swim that well! :-p Oh well. I managed to forget my jealousy once Danielle introduced me to the magnificence that is Meryl Streep in She-Devil. :D

You sounded like you had a very awesome day here, dear. I love reading about it and I hope that there's going to be pictures of this momentus meeting (can I tell you how sick I am of the word 'epic'? That term belongs to Tolstoy novels and Gone with the WInd, not Twilight or Lady Gaga or the Twitter and all that. I will let Harry Potter slide by as 'epic' though because you have knitting needles and you aren't afraid to use them. I'm rambling. I'll shut up now.) :).

I wish I could live closer to you. Or that I was going east in two weeks instead of south towards Louisville. Sigh, the universe does suck for sure. And yum, cookies. I had a pretty good doughnut today from the awesome grocery store in Manitowoc.

I need to see She-Devil. I'm still scared of Sister A in "Doubt" though three days after I watched (cowers).
