Muses and Quotations

I have no muse.  (pokes it)  None.  I've written less than 500 words this week (thank goodness the Cordy story came together last week, or I'd have missed my posting day).  And the sshg_exchange  is coming up, and firefly_124  talked me into whichwillow  too (a Willow-centric ficathon - go and show some love for our favorite red-headed witch).

Muse to be coming back now please.  [ ( Read more... )

Okay, she and Larry are getting drunk at a bar and having a lot of fun without us.

I go through phases of being addicted to OMWF. Like this week. It's taken extreme measures (ie watching OMWF) to get my lazy ass up and moving again this week.

Anya is the best!

Oh dear. Yes, will definitely ply her with chocolate if I find her!

Talked you into it? All I did was mention its existence! LOL *looks innocent*

What, you won't talk to me anymore?

She could still use it!

Heh - you dangled it like a carrot in front of a bunny (or some better analogy - see, no muse!).

*leaves small piles of chocolate in random places in hoping of luring the Muse out*

*builds traps to go with the chocolate*

Eee! Did she show yet? Maybe that's it - she's visiting Europe.

Even I've been losing my muse a little bit lately, although I haven't had time to worry much about it yet.

I hope the strep is letting up on you!

Well, the antibiotics kicked the strep, but I had a reaction to the antibiotics that led to some annoying (but harmless) side-effects ... and now it's all loosened up so that I'm getting sinus drainage that's making me miserable. So ... strep's gone! :-)

Yerg. I hope that by now you're feeling better, and I'm glad the strep's gone.

Well, I imagine yours and mine, and probably a couple of others are off on a drunken orgy somewhere, slurring their words and refusing to come back to work till we straighten up and fly right, and give them more benefits, and ease their workload... I think one of them is probably complaining about the stupid roller boots, as well, but that won't be one of ours...

I think chocolate and copious amounts of coffee will be needed to get them back to work...

Yes, drinking their way across the continent. I can see it now. Mine tripped on cobblestones in Prague, and yours leaned against the wall laughing too hard to help mine up! (laughs)

I think chocolate and copious amounts of coffee will be needed to get them back to work...

Yes, please.
