Health care: I was saddened to see so much opposition on the grounds of...well..I dunno. Hatred of Obama? That's what it seemed like. From the outside, it appeared that the Republicans were opposing it not for any good reason, but because they didn't like Obama.

Sandra Bullock: I think she comes across as a sort of gil next door, not to stuck up.

Also - GENERALLY speaking, I am against most social welfare programs ONLY because of the abuse they seem oblivious to AND they cost me more money. Surely something could be self-sustaining with proper oversight? Which leads me to...

Tea Party
While I was a huge fan of Ron Paul's sometimes outrageous arguments of completely removing giant, unwieldy government agencies (FAA, DoE) it only dawned on me this past week that it is we, the people, who DEMAND actions be taken during some tragedy or a push for safety ("The Jungle," "Unsafe at any Speed") which requires an ultimate authority. We are our own worse enemy.

Global Warming
When I speak out against Global Warming, I'm speaking ( ... )
