oh yeah, the yarn is wildly fabulous. it will spend the next few days on my desk where i will admire it every few minutes & occasionally rearrange it. probably i will carry it around a little too. it's almost a sickness, i love it so much.

and yes, he made them! but on a round loom-y thing...not with needles. i've got a kids knitting book coming for him; hopefully he can figure it out. we seem to be having trouble with the right-handed vs. left-handed thing (I’m a righty, he’s a lefty).

ack, no! he made them on a loom thing, not with needles! i've ordered a kits knitting book that i hope will help him with needles...he's left-handed & i'm right-handed & it gets complicated for us.

we got a set of four round looms (is that what they're called?) from Michaels. they are great b/c it's fast, so they get to see their progress & can finish a project in a few hours.
