There are a lot of blog posts I have been putting off making because I'm lazy. I've been meaning to write about the amazing holiday season Angie and I had; about our plans for buying a house and the efforts I am making to grow as an artist. I've been meaning to sit down and get all these thoughts out.

If somebody is a nice person, then they will see the things they have in common with other nice people... no matter what differences there may be, between them. :-)

You remind me of the babe...the babe with the power.
One of my best friends growing up was three years younger than me, and she had a brother my age. One afternoon all of us watched The Labyrinth. She was IN LOVE with David Bowie. Heck, she was probably like...8? And I was 11. Something like that. Anyway, perhaps we in Nebraska had a better grasp of the nuances of the sexual spectrum (haha) because her brother said "you can't love him. He likes boys and girls" I was confused by that comment, and always wanting to please others, I thought I couldn't like him. And she said "well, he likes girls so I CAN love him." Ah, the simple mind of an 8 year old. She taught me a lesson.
I love that movie too.
