It's cute, but it's kind of ... too big. It doesn't look real. Also, I bet it's a lot of work to style.

But if you feel like ironing your hair regularly, then sure, go for it. Changing your hair style is fun.

It almost looks also, like she has a hair peice on top as there is NO PART, and might be what gives it the extra volume. It would still be a cute style parted in the middle with little maintenance though. I think it'd be cute on you!
