Saw 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall' tonight, and adored it. It's the kind of project that Apatow should continue focusing on: raunchy, hilarious stories that also manage to be sweet and full of heart, that are simultaneously ridiculous and true. In this case, of course, that mostly comes down to my boy Jason Segel, who wrote the script (and it says

I didn't get a chance to see that yet, but maybe this weekend. I did to see Baby Mama though. That was so cute. I love Tina Fey!

I'm glad I read this. It gives me even more hope and reassurance. I know I need to see that movie and I was thinking that the reason the heart and humanity and attention towards the female characters are more apparent might have a whole lot to do with the fact that Jason Segel did write it and it was his "baby". He's so down-to-earth, sincere and honest. I've kept track of him since Freaks and Geeks. I miss that show. I'll need to get it on DVD. anyway... I trust your word and I've heard nothing but good things about it. I NEED to see this movie. <3
