Sometimes, I think as moms, we get the impression that our needs and desires are more priveledges than requirements. Even to just ask for these things can be empowering.

As far as new OB goes, go through your Insurance company's list of providers and start making phone calls. Be ready with the pertinent information - your current Dr's reasoning for not wanting you to have more children - and ask the potential Drs if they agree, if so, why?
I wish I had more help for you!

Sometimes life changes require a change in occupation. Are you a crafty person? If so, you could do some research at the library, figure out what you want to do/make and sell your items online and at different boutiques. You used to be a teacher, right? Why not tutor kids in your home on the side. Regarding saving money, you could start using coupons. I've saved a bundle by clipping coupons and paying attention to the sales at different stores. Concerning the ob/gyn-if you're willing to drive to west orange, my doctor is great. Her name is Sandy Yeum (google her). She runs an all female practice with doctors that are familiar with Orthodox Jewish practices/issues. She's awesome.

It seems interesting that you know me...do I know you. I was a kindergarten teacher...but I wouldn't begin to be able to tutor anyone in anything. I am crafty however...but I don't know what I could make that would sell...I wish. The problem with doing something crafty and selling my wares is that I don't think I could make near as much money as what I make now...thanks for you help.
