I mentioned I may have broken a lens. I dropped my 70-200 Sigma lens this weekend. On the up side, the only damage appears to be the mount ring that attaches the lens to the camera. This part here:

While prepping the gear I will need for tomorrow, I decided that I can remove the snorkel gear from my camera bag. I hope that I will not find out that was a mistake :)

So I'm holding Alex as the storm here is slowly rolling in and I see a very brief flash of light. Expecting a little thunder I hold him up and say, "That was lightning, now here comes the boom, here comes the..."

I am reminded how much stress an afternoon of shooting can put on my system. My legs and back are unhappy this morning. Granted, I did walk around anext a lot on Friday too, so that may be contributing. But that's just an observation, not a complaint.
