This is where I live and work...

I cannot say that I like this little film much ... too intentional...but hey, let's have a little local patriotism here, right? And besides this region is defineteley underrated - it's quite a good living here and always worth a visit. So please take look!

According to this little film, life seems prettty cool in the Hannover Areas, just not enough views of this beautiful duck and of the surroundings :)

Hi Brittany, nice to hear from you again. I hope you have a great 2011 too.

I really love to live here, this region has the perfect balance between city, small town and villages. I just miss an old town center here, but Hannover was almost totally destroyed during the war and the old houses were never rebuild.

I love this region and would never underrate it. <3

Also, speaking of those 1000 kilometres of bike lanes, once my calf is healed, I will totally get back on my bike and explore a majority of those. Do you want to exchange cell phone numbers so I can text you when I am near you and we can meet up for a some cake or ice cream in your area when I am near and you have time?

The people living here are aware of Hannovers beauty but otherwise it is underrated unfortunately.

I totally will! I'm gonna sent you my number and I'm looking forward to our next meeting. And you can always visit me here if you need a stop during a big tour. *hoping for good and warm weather*

YAY! Looking forward to it, too.

The problem is, that most people who visit Hannover do so for the fairs and only see the airport and trainstation and the parts along the traintracks to the Messegelände area, where they book their hotels and don't really see much of Hannover except for that part and what they see from the windows of the trains. They miss all the parks and "Naherholungsgebiete" and all the beauty Hannover has to offer.

But hey, their loss. ;)
