They're nice, I know. :) But I don't think I'd handle customer service so well. I can do it, but it does not come naturally.

The book 'Blink' details a very successful Car Salesman, and goes on to point out a lot of things that other salesmen do wrong when approaching customers. That is, they lose a lot of them, and a lot of respect, by going with their instinct, oddly. Treating everyone the same, offering the same terms for all, may never get you the great deal from a sucker, but it works out better, not only in a moral sense, but a success sense..!

Boeing is rising high in the world right now, too, thanks to Airbus' missteps. Though, as a note, they're now HQed in Chicago..!
