I feel like you got the sort of "what the fuck is this new technology that does not resemble technology at all" that comes with Apple products sometimes, if that makes any sense? like, okay, I could see Apple someday rolling out the latest version of the iPhone and it's actually an iPerson. and it would look like this.

haha oh shit don't go there, it's massive and a time-sink. basically it's the textual version of the massive phone-book yaoi manga compilations, complete with utterly ridiculous cliches and 100% guaranteed happy sexy ending. it's a lot of fun to go through if you've got the free time, though! and there's a couple of authors I always read when a new issue comes out. I can't find the story with the robot, though, which makes me sad because I vaguely remember it was pretty good. this will just have to content me for now! ♥
