What have they changed in the translation? (not that I know what the Japanese was like, but whatever.)

Fiiiine, be that way! We don't want you anyway. which is...sadly the truth, dammit America. I KNOW, RIGHT? SO MANY THINGS WE COULD DO THAT WAY.

America is a very strange land, what can I say? MY POINT EXACTLY SO VERY MANY.

...lion! Disney! :D Looks like TLK but I've all but memorised that movie and it's definitely not a scene in that! Aaaah, where's it from?

I live here and I agree with that. at least you speak English, so people would only nag you about your accent and make you say funny "Australian words"

THE LION KING 2: SIMBA'S PRIDE. WHICH IS AWESOME. I like a lot of Disney sequels, okay, hush.

Whoo, right! .o/ No, no, they all think I'm English. If they notice I have an accent at all. *sighs*

AHA. I only saw that one once! I remember boylioncub being an adorable angstbucket, though~

I don't know if that's better or worse. xD though do you really not have much of an accent? Americans can usually target in RIGHT AWAY on the slightest sound out of the ordinary.

ksdfjskjdfsd I have seen it probably as many times as I have seen the first one. and Kovu is an adorable angstbucket indeed. but the story is Romeo and Juliet minus the sad ending but with more revenge themes, so that's probably to be expected.

It's not super-thick or cliche or anything, but it's not American! Vowels are kinda noticeable, particularly As, at least according to Soooo I dunno.

Heeeee~~ I might rewatch it one day, but my heart really belongs to the original. ^^;; I've literally watched it over a hundred times, so~~

I see, interesting. I like listening to different accents but I'm awful at figuring out where the accent is from. xD

The first one is really good, it's definitely one of my favorite Disney movies. ♥ So much love forever. In 5th grade we performed it as our musical in chorus and I had like, pretty much every single line memorized, aha.

Ahaha. I'm actually pretty bad at noticing them. ^^;;;;

:D:D:D That's so awesome!

Mostly I'm just like "...something sounds different" and then I spend the rest of the time trying to figure out where the person's from and failing.

It's basically the only musical I was ever part of. I kind of wish I had done theater stuff in high school, though I can't really act at all. xD

Aha, yeah, that sounds about right. I can tell 'American', a couple of kinds of English, Irish-or-Scottish, probably-Japanese, probably-Chinese or Korean, and European-of-some-sort, but, uh. Yeaaaah. *laughs*

I am absolutely terrified of public speaking, but I like that kind of thing in theory. I mean, I love HSAU fic where there's plays and stuff, just doing it myself is just kind of no. ^^;;;

Yeah, different accents from the UK I can normally tell, but then everything else...all gets grouped in as "Asian" or "Eastern European" or something. /headdesk

Yeah, same. I'm awful at acting too, so. But watching plays and behind-the-scenes stuff on DVDs and stuff always make it seem so fun. xD

Oh! I can tell Indian, too. I guess that's something. Or not.

*nodnod* Everyone always seems to have such a great time, it MUST be fun! And then you remember exactly what you'd have to do, and yeah, no. *laughs*

That's why I decided it would be cooler to just do something related to movie-making/theater so you could still hang out on set but not have all that acting crap. xD

Like lights! I always thought that sort of thing would be really cool. :x

I'd take pretty much anything related to movies/theater, but sadly I never pursued it in any fashion.
