My poor friend Portia has been house hunting for what seems liek forever. I am always amazed at the photos of these places. While some have been gems, too many sellers are just not "getting it" as far as the little things.

I don't know... where we were staying before getting the house was bad. Several rusted holes in the sink and water would drop into the cabinet bottom. There was zero ventilation and as a result there were several mold spots ALL over the bathroom... it was pretty bad.
