Rules for the men's room

I have decided that there needs to be a standard set of rules for the men's room, or maybe just public bathrooms in general

I think if people violate these rules fragrantly, then you should be allowed to pee on THEM.

3) don't ever, EVER talk on your cell phone on the toilet. first of all, as mentioned in #1, it is ungodly dirty in there. second, i know your conversation is SO important and all but can't it wait the 20 seconds it takes to pee and exit the bathroom? third, no one on the receiving end wants to hear you pee and flush. fourth, no one on the receiving end wants to her ME pee and flush. if you do this you're gross and i hate you.
