They actually came from a little board game! Though I'm not 100% sure how to play the game. I wish all the Hoenn pokes were made, it would've been super cute.

It might, right now I'm doggy sitting so I'll be able to give you a more exact quote later (I didn't want you to think I forgot about you!).

Depending on if I can fit the beadsprite in a larger bubble mailer the tin might not make it much more. Did you want me to remove the candy and see if that helps?

I don't charge PP fees so it would just be the card + shipping. Looks like shipping is going to be $1.15. I ship in thin padded envelopes and not letters because I really don't trust the card protectors and normal envelopes.
