I was pretty excited about Iceman, one of my favorite parts of the movie.
I was still entertained, but following the actual X-men stories....yeah it was all fuckered up. not that i noticed that much, i don't remember much of the comics...i had the bf explain to me what should have happened, etc etc.
kelsey grammar did really well, yay for that.
I liked that Rogue was a stupid girl, it made me laugh.
I ignored most of the dialogue, but there were some lines where I just had to laugh. a lot. I liked that Angel was barely in it, i thought they would hype him up more because of how much he was in the previews. but god that line where he's about to get the cure and then changes his mind and his dad says "this is what you want!" and he says "no dad. what YOU want" ahhhhh so bad
i pretty much concur with you. the whole story..yeah not from the fucking comics. leech doesnt look like that either. he was a morlock and never captured by the fucking gov. and there was no blood relation between x and juggy...they were STEP brothers ;) i was pissed about juggy cause he's also NOT british...and he's NOT a mutant...but apparently in the movie he is. BULLSHIT. also...colossus cant extend his power to other people. fucking lame.
i did enjoy seeing rebecca romijn naked though.
did you wait for after the credits?? the prof is alive. i dont know how though. they just show him hooked up to a bunch of shit with moira mctaggart. and he says something to her. and that's it. so yeah...it leads to a sequal (that and magneto moving the chess piece ever so slightly).
