They opened a Chipotle down here.

I haven't had Chipotle since 2003! When Natalie picked us up at the airport in the Twin Cities and we stopped on the way up to St. Cloud to get some.

Oh Chipotle, how I miss you and your juicy carnitas. Mexicali here just isn't the same. While their mango salsa is divine, it's just not spicy. At all. And their green salsa is sweet. And their carnitas so dry. And when I ask for a carnitas burrito, they look at me strange, as if I'm not supposed to know the word.

There is one Mexican place in Auckland run by Mexican people. And it's opened Fridays and Saturdays from ten til four. So you can tell how many times we've been out there (twice). Even though Chipotle is slightly more Mexican than Taco Bell, it's still damn good, and god damn, I miss it. *sob*

But I'm happy you have one now.

I like that place, but haven't been in quite some time as we have had little money for eating out. My best friend's ex husband was a manager for one when they first opened up here in Houston back in 2000. We used to go all the time then.

I think over by the Michaels on 31 across from the mall. The boys got lost trying to find it Saturday but Mike found it yesterday again! You'll have to ask him.
