Today is the first day of my new health plan. I did 7 miles on the bike in 35min. not too shabby if i say so myself. And i've started tracking my eating habits too. there's a free website called www.fitday.com where you can put in everything you eat and all your exercise and stuff and keep track of your health plan that way. they even do fun graphs
