I had to decide whether to pay for another year of advert free LJ.  Needing some sort of creative outlet that doesn't entail much decision making, and having just listened to an intriguing interview with a writer who discussed his personal process and occasional moments of nirvana in doing so, I realised how much I've missed writing something
