my jewelry making class. I may not be so good at thinking of designs to make, but I really enjoy the process of making stuff. I think I may continue on with the next course in the series - not a credit class, but as a
continuing education class. I like the idea of being able to make gifts for people

The sorts of things we've learned to do are... cutting shaped out of metal, riveting two or more pieces of metal together, soldering, texturing with various hammers, polishing, sandblasting, making band rings, making metal beads, bezel-setting stones (cabochons, no faceted stones yet)... there's more, but I can't think of it right now. It's super fun!

I'm thinking of doing some continuing education for cooking and painting. Since I don't have formal education in either.
Having just watched the Neverending Story, how about the orrin amulet thingy :)
Or, toe rings?
Anything with petals would be nice ~ the trick would be doing a specific flower, orchid, lily, iris, etc,.
