I felt a little nostalgic today and decided to browse my harddisk for Eurovision songs I'd saved - and found quite a lot of them! My collection covers nearly all years from 1997 to 2009, and the weird thing is that I still listen to every one of them.

1. Yesterday, I had the telly on whilst tidying up a bit. I didn't really watch, because there's mostly crap on at that time, but suddenly, I heard "5 Colours in her Hair" in the background of some documentary about Germany's teenies and I was all o___O. Having finally watched (most of) the videos from this year's Eurovision Song Contest, I am now certain that Europe has a different taste than me. Not when it comes to the song that won, but in most other cases.
