You have a real talent for Photoshop it seems :)
I just love the pictures that look complicated and don't lose the effect of being "real" at the same time.

I so love these! Seriously, the whole batch is awesome. I love that the backgrounds look so... well, complicated, or lively, for lack of a better word, and it's still the player's face that dominates the picture. ... If that was understandable at all.

I love Micho!s confused look in #9! So. Cute.

Thank you so much! Yes, I understand perfectly what you mean! :) I like my icons to be colourful, but the motif has to be still recognizable, which isn't always an easy task for an icon maker, especially with backgrounds like these. alaskanicons posted a couple of wonderful and very colourful textures at icon_textures a while ago, and I just had to use them, so I'm glad it worked out! :)

Micho is the master of the Confused Look. I have a theory that other players have to pay alimonies royalties to him when they look confused, because he has perfectioned the look. XDDD Yes, I'm a dork. ;)

*LOL* He'll get a different number for the upcoming season, alas... But fortunately, his name stays the same! (And it's a cute name, I have to admit! Totally fits him! :D) Don't worry about it. I don't like Werder in the least, but I'm on my way to develop a major crush on Markus Rosenberg, so we're in the same boat. XD

he always got to play at Mönchengladbach and David never played, so I guess I became a bit jealous
And now, he's playing for Bayern, which is even worse... Oh, poor Marcell. You just can't make everyone love you. ;)
