uefa cup, transfer stuff - and fic...

Today was a great day for German football. Leverkusen reached the next round of the UEFA Cup! I'm so ridiculously happy! *squeebounce* But I'm a bit worried, too. I watched their last two matches and they lost both of them. This time, I didn't watch and they won. WTF? *hides* Also - Barnetta apparently caused a penalty. *cries* But since the Bayern ( Read more... )

Speaking of transfers - SportBILD wrote that the Werder management have given up on Miro Klose and that he would be free to transfer to Bayern when his contract with Werder ends. I know that the Werder fans amongst you will hate me for this, but I seriously hope that Miro will come to Bayern. We're in need of more strikers - even if Pizarro stays.Just a real quick thing, because my bed calls me: I don't think Miro would transfer to Bayern. There a quite a few "big" clubs from Spain or England wanting him, and, even though we might think different ;), Miro's pretty clever: He knows that this will be his last big chance to go abroad. After all he's already 26 years old and he's in his best shape right now. But whatever he does, we'll see. Personally, I'd love to see him play abroad, and if he stays in the BuLi, I want him to stay at Werder. Not because I don't like Bayern (I do =D), but because any other colour than green won't suit our dear Miro, it would look wrong. :( At least to me... But thinking about it closely now, Miro and ( ... )

That's what I'm thinking, too, but there's still hope. I mean, I have to think of my club. Being reasonable gets in the way sometimes. :D (And Bayern blew the chance of getting Diego into their team, so maybe they don't want to waste another chance?)

But thinking about it closely now, Miro and Poldi would be united. Ugh, then Bayern would have one of the most dangerous striker duo leik ever. Or something like that.
My thoughts exactly. *nodnod* :D
Though - I hope that there will still be room for Makaay. I like him a lot and I wouldn't want him to sit on the bench! But Bayern has played with three strikers before and Poldi is quite capable in the offensive midfield... Ah, the possibilities... :D

Oh god. Miro + Poldi all the time. Eeeeeeeeeeee! More Nationalmannschaft players to Bayern, I say!

At the same time, if I'm being completely selfish, I'd half like to see him play in England, where I'd actually be able to see him play sometimes *is torn*

I'm glad to hear about Leverkusen though! I hope that Gemany doesn't lose that starter spot - another argument in favour of keeping the top players in the Bundesliga, yes?

It wouldn't just be an advantage to all the Bayern fans, but also an advantage for the national team, I think, to have Miro and Poldi play for the same team. They'd train together, just like in the national team, and they'd improve their collaboration. :D

But I can calm you down a bit - Miro said that he'd love to play abroad, so he might end up playing in England after all. :)

Because Leverkusen remained in the UEFA Cup, Germany is still ahead of Romania in the UEFA 5-years-assessment (don't know what it's called in English), so we won't lose that starter spot too soon. :)

Die SB will halt mal ( ... )

Tja, du weißt ja, wie das is. Ich hab den Artikel in der SportBLÖD auch nicht gelesen, aber auf der Titelseite stand's ganz groß drauf. Na ja, wir werden ja sehen... Und lass mich doch träumen! *pout*

Well, I suppose it's just another case of that infamous German tabloid spreading silly rumours. Miro is still discussing with Werder about extending his contract, and he said that he'd love to play abroad, so maybe he won't go to Bayern after all. So don't die, please!!

I just thought it would be nice (for me and for the national team) to have Miro and Poldi play for the same team. :) And to have someone who can't just score goals but prepare them - and who doesn't just do that when he feels like it. *glares at Pizarro*

Am so glad that Leverkusen managed to win that game! Leverkusen and Bremen would present Germany in the Cup! And who know, they might meet! and Bernd and Miro would be united once more

But honestly, I don't really like the idea of Miro moving to Bayern . . . because I don't want him to be a benchwarmer, just like Poldi :( I want to see him play for the English League!!

Or Bayer Leverkusen. It's not a bad idea actually, since we're in desperate need of a striker xDDDDDDDDDDD *biased*

But if Miro moves . . . what'll happen to Ivan???????????

I'd love to see a final between Bremen and Leverkusen, but I do realize that this is a lot of wishful thinking... Still - GO LEVERKUSEN! GO BREMEN! Save Germany's honour! :D ( ... )

There are rumours, yes. But so far, nothing has been decided or even confirmed. :) (And Juve seems to want Frings, too.)
