Have you ever actually seen a case of DID?

I've only seen one that might have qualified because the person started talking in a different voice in the middle of team meeting, and everybody on staff (who had known her years longer than me) kept saying that she had multiple personalities, but the official MD diagnosis was SCUT.
It was really freaky when she changed voices like that.
She apparently did it at times of great stress, like a team meeting or at her competency hearing.
