bauhaus in atlanta!
You've gotta be kidding me! *envy*

bloody stupid livejournal. what's up with it lately?? is there something going on that I'm not aware of?
They moved servers last weekend.
Since that point? Hardly any comment-notifications and crappy speed =(

I know I know. *I* was kidding me. I didn't believe it until it was right in front of me.

I almost didn't make it. I told boyfriend he'd have to take me to your neck of the woods as they'll be in Cologne on my bday. He is most grateful that I was able to make it. I didn't create a new fan ^_^

Ah, yes, that's explaining some things. I updated that post three times and every time it showed something different and I even pasted in text and saved it and it still didn't show it! >_< I gave up. Bah. Try to be amusing and technology refuses you.

Hee! *shifty*

Also BAUHAUS OMG OMG *so jealous* But no double dare? Such a shame. Did they play In the Flat Field? *fangirl*

Sorry you're not well though, how rotten while you're away. You should take it easy. Naked prancing aside, obviously, heh. That so just made me inhale coffee, by the way.

I just knew you'd be a bauhaus girl I did. BAUHAUS omg yes gah. And yes they did Flat Fields and Hollow Hills and Kick in the Eye and Swing the Heartache, just for her sake AGGGGH omg. *swoons feverishly*

And the alcohol is completely gone. Only watermelon next to me now.

Oh yes, taking it easy indeed now. We extended our stay. In fact, this hotel is so nice, I don't think I'll let them make me leave. Everyone is so nice (not counting the ooglers across the way) and I like being able to look down on the city. Call me Yertle! Pictures forthcoming...

How could I not be! Oh my goodness it sounds SO good. I didn't even know they were still touring, I'm so impressed you got to see them. I'd kill to hear the FLat Field live. Ooh, or She's in Parties, I bet that would be good. *puts on CD and revels*

Bah, no alcohol at all? That really isn't good. Though at least you have watermelon. I'm trying to make a stew as it's freezing here (I can see my breath in the kitchen! What is this, siberia?!) though the lentils aren't behaving quite as I expected so I'm having to stare them down.

Extending your stay is very wise. Just as a general rule really, but especially in this case, it sounds great. Yes! I demand pictures! I posted some today in a fit of boredom actually. They're very silly, but in one I have an eyepatch. *rather taken with the eyepatch*

Also: random fact for you. The ancient european tribe called the Franks was ruled by leaders called Reguli. AU, anyone?

Sorry I took so long. I was contemplating a whole tribe of them. Now there's a group of leaders I'd like to face. 'Do you realise what you've done??' Oh do I ever...

SO, yes, the extended stay thing went over well what with extra sleeping and I got to see Madagascar which, while not being A level, has brought attention to my new love King Julien. Gosh I love that little lemur who shakes his butt like no one's business. I couldn't get that ridiculous song out of my head until ... oh just about five minutes ago. Anyway, She's in Parties live was like the best thing ever that I could have ever imagined ever. It was just terribly brilliant and Peter oh, I just can't. *whispers* It was Peter Murphy. I saw him. Eeek.

The alcohol was all gone but you've brought up an excellent point. The point being alcohol. And my watermelon was fab even if it was out of season. It's got cold again here, though I imagine once we're used to that it'll get warm again. Our weather is twisted like that. 'Oh you like a bit of rain do you? *tornado* Warm ( ... )

My days are now counted as so. I can't think of much else I need to accomplish that's in the realm of the doable.

It's a shame I didn't convert petboy into fanhood or we'd be heading down South for another show. Alas.

So, I was planning to friend you, since your fic melted my brains and every other part of me I can think of, and then I noticed this and thought, "My friends went to that show" and then, hah, it clicked that you and I must live in the same city. I've never read anything by anyone who lived so close.

Um, yeah. My apologies for being pointless and weird. I'm still friending you, 'cause you're cool. :)

heehee, I'm SO glad I could melt your brain. I hope it has recovered!

I hope your friends like the show too, even though I was sick I was IN HEAVEN omg, I was so happy. I'm not in Atlanta though, just sort of close ^_~ if not quite west, by about, oh, four hours maybe. Give or take.

I'd like for weirdness to be a prerequisite to friending my journal, but it's just an Ideal to Uphold ^_^ Welcome!
