I'm glad to see both that you are okay, and that there are so many places available for people to help. Hope you're not too traumatized!

Thanks!

I just wanted to post something. I was lucky not to be in destruction's path. We are safe and sound and just happy today to have power. The worst of it for me was spending so much time outdoors; I'm broken out all over and mosquito bitten. I'm just not designed for spring weather!

That's an awesome icon you have. Wow.

Just out of curiousity, did you get a severe migraine when this happened, from the barometric pressure dropping so abruptly? I've wondered if that tendency could somehow be used to help forecast and warn.

You know, it's kind of weird. My head was fine most of Wednesday, but later in the day I had significant painful pressure, but not a migraine per se. There were all sorts of weird clouds in the sky too and I kept expecting 'Migraine Approaching' symptoms, but never got any.

The weather was incredibly beautiful after the tornadoes and all through the weekend. It was warm, but not summer-hot. My head did start hurting this past Monday, more to hormonal issues, though we did have some stormy weather come in Monday night/Tuesday.

Barometer-Head is a good nickname, but I don't think I can be Tornado Girl ^_~
