This is awesome I love it.

I hope you will like some constructive feedback... because here it comes. Her skin tone needs a little less yellow to it, but that maybe my monitor. Although I did look at the original photo and could see her lovely pale skin which doesn't show in the painting.

I know skin tone is awful to get right. My mum is always complaining about it.

constructive feedback is always welcome :) I debated how much yellow to use... she is so pale in the original, it was hard to judge. I wanted her skin to keep some of that paleness, but not be too flat... but I didn't wan't her with too much red either... so there was a lot of back and forth there *G* Although the good news is the yellow stands out a lot more on the monitor than when printed.

BTW, I just realized I didn't have the full size pic linked... whoops. fixed now *L*

It is always good to hear someone else's opinion on things. I do this with my quilting - lay it all out and get someone elses ideas too, sometimes they pick up on things that I don't.

Keeping painting. My mum has had some wonderful fun painting my kids. I just wish I'd taken more photos of when they were little.
