Sorry. I should has added the part where I thought that was it too. In the story by Copperbadge (aka Sam the Storyteller) the team finds out when Ianto goes catatonic right over Lisa's body. In the one I'm looking for Ianto collapses in severe pain a little bit of time later, probably the next day or so, while serving coffee. And Owen and/or Tosh has to go deep in his skull to get the bit of cyber out, where in Condition it's right on the surface. Thanks anyway. I'm still looking.
