Not at all! In fact, my orginal idea was that the sniper missed one of them and we (as the sniper) get hunted down by the survivor. But I just didn't have the strength. Anyway, it's a softer blow for us to see them die together and in love, right?

Anyway, thanks for reading and reviewing! It's so lovely to get feedback so soon!! :D

I am in love with this. Everything. All of it. I am fascinated by the character view you used, because I don't think I've ever read a story from an enemy's eyes. And the ending! Oh, the ending! I absolutely ADORE it. The fact that you killed off Arthur and Eames? To me, it's secondary to the fact that you made them human. When Eames asked "Are we in love?" I just about died myself from happiness. The simple realization that he had to ASK at all makes me ecstatic. I feel that love isn't something you automatically know you're in, so his questioning just seemed realistic to me. Humans are not invincible, and are not immortal. Thank you for bringing that fact to light.

zafer_aistra, you are quickly becoming one of my favorite people! It is so lovely to open my inbox and find not only a nice long review, but a nice long review from someone I recognize! And on top of it all, this is the first good feedback I've gotten for this work. (Had a little warning-label mishap on the prompt page where I originally posted it, and got some flames from people not prepared for that ending.) Not their fault, and surely not a nice surprise for them, but it still ruins a writer's day to get such cold responses to a piece in which I tried something new, you know?
But thanks to your very heart warming review, I feel better about the whole thing, and may now possibly explore this trope a little more...who knew actually killing characters could be so rewarding?

Okay, I'm wrapping this sappy thank you up right now before it drags on. But srsly, thanks! And it was awesome hearing from you!

Oh goodness. Favorite? Well, thank you. ^_^ I'm simply doing this because I feel that your stories deserve good reviews.

Yeah, I saw the thread and it just made me sad to see how rude people could be. I mean, who hasn't made a posting mistake before? It happens all the time. You apologized and then they kept dragging it out, which was just impolite and unsportsmanlike. I was going to post something in the thread to defend you, but I didn't want to encourage them anymore. And I figured the better thing to do would be to simply read and review your story like you wanted people to do. I think I got more accomplished that way. =)

You're very very welcome. Keep writing! And I'll keep reviewing. =)

Oh! Dying in each other's arms, so beautiful and tragic. The sniper got to see a secret side to them that is normally hidden. One bullet through two hearts(in love). *__*
