liviapenn has posted her clips from the production of Amok Time in a Portland park. This is hilarious. Especially the final scene. It would be so cool if this catches on, like Shakespeare in the Park. I would definitely sit on grass in High Park to see something like this.

Have you read any of the Georgette Heyer Regency novels? They are excellent. Austenish in tone, but very light and fun. Rochester / Darcy type heroes, governesses and heiresses, balls at Almacks and games of whist. Also the occasional lovely(possibly unintended) single entendre - ie "You must allow me to mount you while you are in London" = can I lend you a horse?
