Jenny knew it should be her. She knew it was up to her to break the thick, tense silence between the six of them. Xander, Buffy and Dawn were already looking to she and Rupert expectantly... Willow was undoubtedly too emotionally and physically drained to take initiative... and she already sensed in her husband that he knew this had originally been her fight

Giles threw another furtive glance over his shoulder, toward Jenny's hospital room. He couldn't hear anything coming from inside, and wasn't sure whether to be calmed or agitated by the notion.
"Ow!" He hissed, receiving a swift elbow in the side.
Buffy gave him a look. "Will you quit fidgeting? You're driving me nuts."
"Sorry," he frowned, rubbing his side, where a sharp pain still lingered. Turning to his Slayer, he could see in her face that she was just as curious about the goings-on in the hospital room as he was, though she was obviously keeping a much tighter lid on her agitation than he.
"It's hard to believe Tara's here, too," Buffy commented. "Just... in a very different place
