Harry is... hang on, I have to do some maths now... 24 years old. So Cedric's about 27.
And for the Neville/Luna thing (as in will they appear), I don't know. I have the main storyline in my head, but nothing more. Maybe I'll squeeze them in somewhere. :) They are adorable, after all.
