Fanfiction Song Challenge

Because apparently I've decided not to do work.

So, what you do is, put your music player of choice on random/shuffle and write a fanfic about each song with your chosen pairing, but you only have until the song ends to write it. Ten songs, ten fics.

I, of course, chose Harry/Cedric.
A couple are NC17 as I have a filthy mind. :P

I didn't know whether to tag 'Cedric Lives' or 'Cedric Dies' since, well... both are true.
So I didn't tag either.

That's fine. I usually leave that tag off when I'm not sure.

Heh, ignore it and hope for the best. Sounds like a plan.

It's quite scary. Like, the first piece of music there is only two minutes long. So I'm sat there, freaking out because I have to find inspiration for something AND write it in less than two minutes.
Stressful times. hehe

You're a Whedon fan--yay! :)

Great fics. I loved the one where Cedric's graduating, and the first one, and the Yule Ball. This take on song fics was a cool idea.

I love and hate Whedon in equal measures.
He's clearly some kind of genius, but would it kill him to give something a happy ending for once? :'(

LOL. That's about the best comment on Joss Whedon I've ever heard. :)

I might try it. Not sure. I'm not terribly good at writing short things; much more likely to get stuck at Song #1 and want to blow it out to 12,000 words or so. :P

I hope some other people give it a shot, though--they're fun to read!

I love these - you've managed some great stuff under pressure.
It looked like a lot of fun so I tried it as well - but with a Sirius/Remus pairing instead.
