Thank you! That means a lot. I really didn't want Cedric to be just passive in the graveyard scene, but it seemed like the more stuff I had him do, the more complicated things got. So it ended up being a bit more of a fight than I had planned.

Sorry about the font! I'm using new writing software, and when I cut-and-pasted out of that, it came out all small and tight together. Next time I'll paste it in Word or something first, then go from there.

Wow! What a start! I don't where you taking the whole story, but it's pretty interesting! I liked the way you kept Cedric alive, and I'm looking forward to more.
I'm wondering what will be of Cedric's interferences on V.'s revival. Awesome job!

Thank you! Uh, yeah. Probably shouldn't admit this, but I'm wondering that, too. That was an add-on when I wrote this scene, because it seemed like something he might do, but it wasn't in my big plan for the whole story. Kind of changes things... I've got some ideas for it, though. :)

This is more like it! I've always wanted to read a fic where Cedric actually DID MORE than just die. Perfecto. This feels like the whole thing came from a rough draft of Goblet of Fire that JK Rowling decided to toss out.

My only pet peeve is the Disapparating on Hogwarts grounds. Since its specific that can't be done because of the magic protecting the school. However, since it IS Dumbledore. I'm gonna overlook it because he has some monster awesome power. Godlike you might say.

I don't suppose anyone wants to help me by being a beta reader? I'm new here, so I've felt weird asking, and I don't know how the whole beta thing works, exactly. I'm more than happy to read anyone else's work in return, and I'm honestly not a bad proofreader... except, apparently, in my own writing. :P

I liked this and look forward to reading more. I'm interested to see what you do with Cedric's character, now that he has survived torture at the hand of Voldemort and the Death Eaters. I can only hope ALL your posts will be this long ;)
