Poor Owen! And poor Jack, too. In my mind, Jack doesn't really know what he's doing as a leader, and when he tries to make things come out okay, they end up....not so okay. Poor guy.

Also, glad I'm not the only one who thinks of Evanescence when I think of Owen. ;)

This is harsh and not pretty, but then Owen being dead is harsh and not pretty. I think you've got a good start here, can't wait to read part 3!
