I would like to request anyone who has maps of any kind of the City to please send the information to me, if it wouldn't be too much trouble. I am undertaking a massive topographical research project and would like to have some feedback if at all possible

Yeah. Maybe it was a work in progress? Like someone was in the middle of working on it and they were taken home.

I suspect that this is a great deterrent in creating a map in the first place.

I have found one permutation of a map, yes.
